Eat Your Words is an evening of outstanding stories, marvelous food, and incomparable company to celebrate and support the students of 826CHI.

Eat Your Words will feature local culinary innovators, music, and inspiring words from chef Rick Bayless, author Dave Eggers, and one special student writer for a spectacular evening. 

 

Deliciousness provided by chefs Giuseppe Tentori (GT Prime), Chris Pandel (Balena), Pat Sheerin (City Mouse), Jeremy Leven (mfk.), Genie Kwon (Oriole), Won Kim (Kimski), Abe Conlon (Fat Rice), Bernard Bennett (The Promontory), and other culinary masterminds. 

 

Drinks designed by The Heavy Feather, Punch House, and  Broken Shaker.

 

Special appearances include MasterChef Junior Season 5 contestant Evan, NPR star and Wait Wait... Don't Tell Me!  host Peter Sagal, and the Chicago Children's Choir.

 

And as our emcee, Ji Suk Yi (Windy City LIVE) will make sure we don't miss anything.
